Rider Alert: Mega March 2017 is on its way, allow extra time for travel on Sunday, April 9, 2017. Passengers should also be aware that several DART bus routes operating in the downtown area will be on detour routing during parade activities. Routes affected include 1, 2, 11, 12, 19, 21, 24, 26, 31, 35, 36, 39, 42, 60, 76, 110, 111, 161 and 164. TRE will be operating a special Sunday schedule to assist those that will be attending the march. In Denton: Ride DART and DCTA A-train to First Friday Denton, a chance to visit artists and artisans in the business district surrounding the Denton County Historic Courthouse on the Square who open their doors for visitors and patrons to see them at work in downtown Denton.
