Ride DART to the 2014 MetroPCS Dallas Marathon, Half Marathon and Behringer Relay, starting and ending in downtown Dallas near Pioneer Plaza; "It's a Wonderful Life" by the Company of Rowlett Performers at the Plaza Theatre in Downtown Garland; KwanzaaFest, a free and family friendly two-day festival held in the Automobile Building in Fair Park; the Plano Lions Annual Christmas Parade; "A Christmas Story: The Musical' at the Music Hall at Fair Park; The WaterTower Theatre's presentation of "The Great American Trailer Park Christmas Musical" at the Addison Theatre Centre; or the "All Creatures Great and Small: Christmas at the White House 2002" exhibit open at the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Note: DART Rail Green Line and some bus routes will be affected by Dallas Marathon on Sunday, December 14. DART passengers on the southern portion of the Green Line and bus routes throughout north and east Dallas should leave early and pack patience between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m., on Sunday, Dec. 14, during the MetroPCS Dallas Marathon. Green Line rail service will be suspended between Baylor University Medical Center and Fair Park stations, requiring customers traveling in either direction to use DART bus shuttles. View more information at www.DART.org/rideralerts In Fort Worth: Ride the TRE and The T's bus route 2, 7 or 57 to the "Faces of Impressionism: Portraits from the Musée d'Orsay" exhibition at the Kimbell Museum of Art in Fort Worth. Note: there is no TRE service on Sundays. In Denton: Ride DART and the DCTA A-train to Charles Dickens' classic tale "A Christmas Carol" presented by Denton Community Theatre at the Campus Theatre in Downtown Denton.
